NeoSoul DNA airdrop: eligibility checker was due to close 22 October at 16:00 UTC

Ended Verified Risk 3/5

Step by step

  1. Opened airdrop.neosoul.ai by typing it or from neosoul.ai.
  2. Connected the wallet to check and signed the sign-in message.
  3. Read the result: an eligible wallet saw its DNA allocation.
  4. Pressed Confirm before the scheduled close, 22 October 2026, 16:00 UTC.
  5. Waited for the DNA in the same wallet and checked the token against the official contract.

Our notes

Update, 23 October 2026, 07:10 UTC: The NeoSoul airdrop checker was scheduled to close on 22 October at 16:00 UTC (midnight on 23 October in UTC+8), and that time has passed. NeoSoul has said nothing about the result. When we checked this morning, its Medium page, its documentation and its website carried no word on an extension, on delivery, on how many wallets confirmed or how much DNA, or on what happens to DNA nobody confirmed. The airdrop page still shows the original window text, but NeoSoul’s server sets the close time for each wallet, so that text cannot tell us whether any wallet got more time. Delivery could not be checked on the blockchain either. The official DNA contract (0xA991F61940095AEA0724ef54077223B048c5CF7b on BNB Chain) is live with a supply of 1 billion DNA, but NeoSoul has not published the address it distributes from, and the public nodes we queried only return the last few minutes of transfers.

One thing is new. On 20 October NeoSoul opened a first DNA airdrop batch for the StandX community, set out in a Medium post: users of StandX at a snapshot taken on 14 October at 23:59 UTC register by submitting their StandX wallet in NeoSoul’s Discord before 3 November 2026, 15:59 UTC. Only BNB Chain wallets count in this round, no amount is given, and rewards are paid in one go after registration closes. NeoSoul says this campaign runs separately from the main airdrop. It has announced no extension of the main window, so a page offering a late check or claim deserves suspicion.

The NeoSoul airdrop checker was due to close on 22 October 2026 at 16:00 UTC, which is midnight on 23 October in the UTC+8 time zone the project uses. On the official page, airdrop.neosoul.ai, wallets that had passed NeoSoul’s Sybil screening could connect, see their allocation and confirm it. The pool behind it holds 60 million DNA, or 6% of a fixed supply of 1 billion, according to the tokenomics document NeoSoul published on 15 October. DNA itself started trading on 16 October, with Binance Alpha first in line.

Before a wallet connected, the page showed only the window, a wallet button and one rule: “Airdrop eligibility is based on wallet addresses that have passed our Sybil screening.” It listed no excluded countries and nothing on vesting. The rest comes from NeoSoul’s own documents.

What NeoSoul builds and what DNA is meant to pay for

NeoSoul makes software for AI agents that take economic decisions. Its documentation describes two parts: evoevo, which structures and scores the data agents learn from, and NeoTrade, where agents research, trade and get reviewed under limits the user sets. NeoTrade opened on 17 August 2026. A trader describes how they want to trade and the app sets up an agent to do it, without code; a Skill Builder that turns a trading idea into a saved strategy followed on 1 September. In a Medium post published the day before trading began, the team said its network counts more than 4 million agents and 11 million predictions. Those figures are the project’s own.

Funding totals $11 million, announced on 20 August 2026. The named backers are MH Ventures, Amber Group, ArkStream Capital, 0G Foundation, Kirin Capital, CatcherVC and New Oak International.

The NeoSoul documentation describes DNA as a token to pay for agent services and data calls, vote in governance and settle payments between agents. It also states that DNA is not equity and carries no claim on profits, revenue or redemption, and no promise of returns. The tokenomics document gets more specific: NeoTrade is to accept DNA as its only means of payment for agent, skill and data services, technical partners who pay in DNA get 20% off (stablecoins stay a second option), and the Agent Developer Program pays hackathon rewards in it. Staking or holding DNA to reach higher product tiers is announced for later. Much of the demand side is still a plan.

How the NeoSoul airdrop eligibility check worked

The official page took a few minutes. These were the steps, kept here for reference; the window has passed:

  1. Visitors opened airdrop.neosoul.ai by typing it or from the official site neosoul.ai; links sent in private messages or found in replies on X were not official.
  2. They connected the wallet to check. Eligibility was tied to the address, so each wallet had to be checked on its own.
  3. They signed the sign-in message the wallet showed. It was a signature, not a transaction, so it moved no funds and cost no network fee.
  4. An eligible wallet saw its DNA allocation and a Confirm button.
  5. Confirmation was due before 22 October, 16:00 UTC, and the DNA was to be sent to the confirmed wallet.

There was no separate claim step. After confirmation, the page said the tokens would be sent to the receiving wallet within a set number of days of the first successful eligibility check, and no later than the close of the window (23 October, 00:00 UTC+8). Transfers were to go out in the order of first checks, so a wallet checked early was to be paid early. The page also has a “partially distributed” status, which fits the vesting of the airdrop pool described further down, and a “Confirmed · Awaiting distribution” status. We found no report that distribution has been completed.

The window opened on 14 October at 16:00 UTC, two days before trading started. As of 23 October, NeoSoul has published neither the Sybil criteria, nor a way to appeal a negative result, nor the number of eligible wallets. The tokenomics document only says the pool rewards “early users and community”.

Only wallets that passed NeoSoul's Sybil screening qualified, and the window was due to close on 22 October.

The Binance Alpha points claim was a separate track

Binance ran its own small distribution on listing day, unrelated to the NeoSoul checker. According to PANews, Binance Alpha users holding at least 245 Alpha points could claim 400 DNA on the Alpha events page on 16 October, first come, first served, for 15 points. Coindaro could not read Binance’s own announcement, so these figures rest on that single report, and the event has most likely ended. Binance Alpha has hosted other new tokens this autumn, among them the Concrete CT token launch on 30 September. DNA received there says nothing about eligibility for NeoSoul’s own pool.

DNA tokenomics: 13% in circulation on day one

The DNA tokenomics document sets the supply at 1,000,000,000 DNA, with no further minting. Its allocation and day-one figures:

AllocationShareDNACirculating on day one
Ecosystem36.175%361.75M20M
Investors16.825%168.25M0
Marketing15%150M60M
Treasury10%100M0
Team10%100M0
Airdrop (early users and community)6%60M10M
Liquidity4%40M40M
Advisors2%20M0

Of the 130 million DNA in circulation at launch, 120 million sit in the marketing, liquidity and ecosystem buckets, which the document says NeoSoul manages itself. The other 10 million are airdrop tokens. One year after launch, about 355 million DNA will be unlocked, close to three times the day-one float. Our explainer on token unlocks covers why such schedules matter to holders.

For the airdrop pool, the unlock table is clear: 10 million DNA were released at launch, and the remaining 50 million follow a two-month lock-up and then ten monthly releases, roughly from mid-December 2026 to October 2027. An eligible wallet was therefore to receive part of its allocation at launch and the rest in instalments, although NeoSoul has not published the split for each wallet.

Investors, the team, the treasury and the advisors received nothing at launch. Their tokens stay locked for 12 months and then unlock monthly from month 13 to month 36. Ecosystem tokens had 20 million released at launch, then a three-month lock-up and 36 monthly releases. Marketing had 60 million released at launch with no lock-up, and its other 90 million are released monthly over 12 months. Liquidity was fully unlocked on day one. The whole supply is out in month 39, around January 2030.

The Believe Plan ties team tokens to targets

The tokenomics document announced a “Believe Plan” for 16 October, and NeoSoul set it out in a Medium post. It changes how the team’s 10% is released. The 12-month cliff stays, but each later release depends on targets: “if we miss our KPI for that period, zero tokens unlock,” the post says. A release can never exceed what the old linear schedule allowed. The community could propose targets by quoting the announcement on X until 19 October at 10:00 UTC, with about $5,000 worth of DNA for each adopted proposal and a final framework due the same day. Coindaro had not seen that framework published by the morning of 23 October: NeoSoul’s Medium page has no post about it since the Believe Plan article.

Investor schedules do not change, although backers who agree to longer lock-ups are promised extra incentives. The post also announces a community Believe Plan in three tiers, Vocal Builders, Active Participants and Ecosystem Evangelists, with rules due within 30 days of launch, so by about 15 November. DNA that NeoSoul uses for salaries and partner payments is bought on the open market and carries no lock-up.

Could EU, French and Italian residents take part?

Nobody can say for sure. Coindaro found no list of restricted countries on the airdrop page, in the tokenomics document, in the documentation FAQ or in NeoSoul’s Medium posts. So whether residents of France, Italy or the rest of the European Union were eligible is unknown, and the same goes for the United States. The exchanges that list DNA apply their own identity checks and regional rules, which can block a resident even when NeoSoul does not. Coindaro found no MiCA white paper for DNA either.

Risk score: 3 out of 5

Checking and confirming cost nothing, and the page was official, linked from neosoul.ai. That keeps the score from going higher. What pushes it up is the token behind the airdrop: a float of 13% mostly held by the project, an unlock schedule that takes supply to about 355 million within a year, uses that are partly announced for later, and no published audit of the DNA contract that Coindaro could find. For someone who only checked and confirmed, the main danger was fake claim pages rather than the token, and that danger outlasts the window.

Scams to avoid around the DNA claim

Claim windows attract copies. NeoSoul’s tokenomics document says it plainly: “NeoSoul will never DM you to ask for funds, seed phrases or private keys.” The real checker asked for a signed sign-in message and nothing else. A page that asks for your seed phrase, a deposit, a transaction or approval to spend your tokens is not NeoSoul’s.

The same document calls one address “the only official DNA contract”: 0xA991F61940095AEA0724ef54077223B048c5CF7b. Compare it character by character with any DNA token in your wallet or on a trading pair. Our guide on how to avoid crypto scams covers fake airdrop sites and wallet drainers, and our airdrop explainer covers the basics.

What is still unknown, and the dates to watch

NeoSoul has not published the number of eligible wallets, the Sybil criteria, the restricted jurisdictions, the final team targets, a contract audit or a launch price. As of 23 October it had not said either whether the window was extended, whether delivery is complete or what happens to DNA that was not confirmed. Listing times follow each exchange’s own announcement, the tokenomics document notes; NeoSoul’s Medium post named Binance Alpha, OKX, KuCoin, Bitget, Gate and MEXC for 16 October.

  • 22 October 2026, 16:00 UTC: the eligibility check and confirmation window was scheduled to close; the last airdrop transfers were due by 23 October, 00:00 UTC+8. We have seen no report on either.
  • 3 November 2026, 15:59 UTC: registration closes for NeoSoul’s separate StandX community DNA airdrop (Batch 1, BNB Chain wallets, via Discord); rewards are paid together afterwards.
  • About 15 November 2026: rules of the community Believe Plan, promised within 30 days of launch.
  • About mid-December 2026: end of the two-month lock-up on the remaining 50 million airdrop DNA, then ten monthly releases.
  • Late 2027: after the 12-month lock-up, investor, team, treasury and advisor tokens begin monthly releases, the team share subject to its targets.
