Predict.fun airdrop claim delayed: Binance postpones PREDICT and no new date is set

Confirmed Verified Risk 4/5

Deadline in

Step by step

  1. Open the official @BinanceWallet post of 28 October 2026 and follow its link to the Binance form.
  2. Check your Predict Points in Binance (Assets, Prediction Account) or Binance Wallet (Discover, dApp, Predict, Assets).
  3. Choose Option A (35% paid, 65% forfeited) or Option B (100% after one year of staking).
  4. Submit before a cutoff as announced on 28 October: 5, 12, 19 or 26 November at 09:00 UTC. The launch-day cutoff of 29 October has passed.
  5. No form by 26 November 2026, 09:00 UTC means Option B by default.
  6. Watch @predictdotfun for the revised claim date, which is not set yet; Predict.fun gives one month from the opening of claims to choose.

Our notes

Update, 30 October 2026, 09:45 UTC: the Predict.fun airdrop claim is delayed and has no new date. Binance postponed the PREDICT spot listing, set for 10:00 UTC on 30 October, “until further notice” in a notice published at 02:32 UTC. The notice gives no reason. Binance Wallet had postponed Alpha trading, planned for 09:00 UTC, three minutes earlier, with a new time to be announced separately. At 02:35 UTC Predict.fun said the TGE and the Season 1 claim are delayed in line with those two moves and that a revised date will follow.

Binance is also handling the security incident of 29 October. Its postponement notice does not mention it, and we do not know why the listing moved. As of 09:40 UTC we found no new date from Binance or Predict.fun. The form and the cutoffs published on 28 October have not been officially changed.

The Predict.fun airdrop for Season 1 shares out 70 million PREDICT, 7% of the token’s fixed supply, among holders of Predict Points, the rewards earned on the BNB Chain prediction market. Predict.fun set out the token and the airdrop in an article on X at 06:22 UTC on 28 October 2026. Less than two hours later, Binance Wallet posted a form on which holders pick 35% of their allocation up front or 100% after a year.

The launch-day cutoff on that form was set for 09:00 UTC on 29 October: Option A requests sent before it are paid on the day PREDICT goes live, a day that now has no date. Anyone who submits after it goes into the weekly batches, announced with cutoffs at 09:00 UTC on 5, 12, 19 and 26 November. The last of them is the form’s final deadline, and a holder who never submits gets the one-year option by default. Those dates stand only as announced: a batch cannot pay out a token that has not launched.

35% up front or 100% after a year: the Binance Wallet form

According to the Binance Wallet post of 28 October (08:10 UTC), Option A pays out first but keeps only part of the allocation. In Binance Wallet’s words, written before the delay: “Claim immediately and receive 35% of your allocation. The remaining 65% will be forfeited.” Option B pays the full allocation “after one year of staking with the token project”.

Doing nothing counts as a choice. Binance Wallet wrote that “If no form is submitted before the deadline, Option B will apply by default.” The choice covers points under both checking paths described below, and Binance says balances remain subject to Predict’s final verification.

Put in numbers, a holder allocated 1,000 PREDICT would get 350 tokens in a batch under Option A and lose the other 650 for good, or get all 1,000 after a year under Option B. With no points-to-token rate and no price published, neither branch has a dollar or euro value yet.

Option A pays 35% of the allocation and forfeits the rest; Option B pays it all after a year.

Two sources, two wordings of the locked option

Predict.fun and Binance Wallet do not describe Option B in the same way, and we report both rather than merge them. Predict.fun’s token article calls it a “12-month vest (100% of allocation)” and calls the other branch “Instant claim (35% of allocation)”. It does not say whether the vest releases tokens monthly or in one block. Binance Wallet’s form speaks of receiving 100% after one year of staking with the project.

There is a second gap. Predict.fun says users who first pick the vest can still “switch to an instant claim at any time within one month of TGE”, and gives eligible users one month from the opening of claims to choose, after which unclaimed tokens are forfeited. The Binance form, for its part, runs to 26 November. Neither post explains how Predict.fun’s one-month window and the Binance cutoffs fit together, and Binance sends such discrepancies to Predict.

Form cutoffs and batch dates as announced on 28 October

Option A requests that miss one cutoff roll into the next weekly batch. Binance Wallet gave a release date for each batch and set the cutoff at 09:00 UTC on the day before. Neither Binance nor Predict.fun has changed these dates or reconfirmed them since the delay:

  • Day PREDICT goes live, now undated: cutoff set for 29 October, 09:00 UTC, already passed.
  • Batch announced for 6 November: cutoff 5 November, 09:00 UTC.
  • Batch announced for 13 November: cutoff 12 November, 09:00 UTC.
  • Batch announced for 20 November: cutoff 19 November, 09:00 UTC.
  • Batch announced for 27 November: cutoff 26 November, 09:00 UTC, which is also the final form deadline.

Where your PREDICT tokens land

Binance offers two places to check Predict Points, and the tokens follow the path. Points shown under Binance, then Assets, then Prediction Account are paid to the holder’s Binance Alpha account. Points shown in Binance Wallet under Discover, then dApp, then Predict, then Assets are paid to the Binance Wallet itself. Predict.fun’s token article says users will be able to name a different wallet address once the claim date is set.

How to claim the Predict.fun airdrop after the delay

No claim is open as of 09:40 UTC on 30 October. The Binance form is the only step with a published date; the rest waits for Predict.fun.

  1. Open the official @BinanceWallet post on X and follow its link to the Binance form, never a link found elsewhere.
  2. Check your Predict Points in the Binance app (Assets, Prediction Account) or in Binance Wallet (Discover, dApp, Predict, Assets).
  3. Pick Option A (35% paid, 65% forfeited) or Option B (100% after one year) and submit before the cutoff you are aiming for.
  4. For Option A, the tokens go to the Alpha account or the Binance Wallet. Binance has not said whether the November batches move with the delay.
  5. Watch @predictdotfun for the revised claim date, and only then for instructions on a different wallet address.

What Predict.fun is

Binance’s own futures notice describes Predict as “a prediction market on BNB Chain”, and the predict.fun site calls itself the BNB-native prediction market. Users trade on the outcome of events, a market that has drawn heavy volume this autumn (see our report on bitcoin bets on Kalshi and Polymarket).

Predict.fun’s stated plan is to combine prediction markets with DeFi, so that users earn yield while positions are open. PREDICT is meant to reward trading, liquidity provision and community participation. The official text mentions no fee sharing or governance rights, only that more utility and reward mechanisms “may be introduced” later.

PREDICT tokenomics: 1 billion supply, 16% at TGE

Supply is fixed at 1 billion PREDICT, a figure Binance repeats in its futures notice (total and maximum supply 1,000,000,000). Predict.fun gives this split:

AllocationShare of supplyTokens
Ecosystem and Community (includes the 70M Season 1 airdrop)51.95%519.5 million
Early Backers26.05%260.5 million
Core Contributors10%100 million
Treasury8%80 million
Liquidity4%40 million

Predict.fun says 16% of the total supply is unlocked at TGE. Its text does not say which allocations make up that 16%; the breakdown is in a chart published as an image. Core contributors and early backers receive nothing at TGE: their tokens sit behind a 24-month cliff, then vest monthly over the next 36 months. Under the current schedule, the whole supply is unlocked over five years. For what scheduled releases can mean for a token, see our glossary entry on token unlocks.

Early backers and core contributors wait 24 months before their PREDICT starts to vest.

The Prime Sale is a separate event

Binance Wallet scheduled a Pre-TGE Prime Sale of PREDICT for 29 October, from 08:00 to 10:00 UTC, open to users holding Binance Alpha Points, according to its post of 28 October at 07:31 UTC. A second post three hours later set a cap of 6 BNB per Binance Wallet user. Buyers claim a “PREDICT Key (BSC)” after the Pre-TGE phase; the actual PREDICT on BSC is then airdropped to their Binance Alpha account on the TGE date, which Predict.fun has now delayed.

The sale is not part of the Season 1 airdrop, and Binance Wallet’s posts do not tie the two together. The rules sit on the Prime Sale page. We found no official final result for the sale as of 09:40 UTC on 30 October.

Binance Futures opened a PREDICTUSDT pre-market perpetual at 08:15 UTC on 25 October with leverage up to 5x, and Bybit followed on 26 October at 10:00 UTC. These are derivatives, not a spot listing, and Binance’s API still showed PREDICTUSDT as trading at 09:35 UTC on 30 October. No PREDICT spot market appeared in the public data of Binance, Bybit or OKX at 09:37 UTC, and neither Bybit’s nor OKX’s listing announcements mentioned one.

Binance spot listing and seed tag: terms published, start postponed

The listing notice of 29 October named three pairs, PREDICT/USDT, PREDICT/USDC and PREDICT/TRY, with a listing fee of 0 BNB. Deposits were to open one hour before trading, and withdrawals at 10:00 UTC on 31 October, a time Binance called an estimate. The postponement notice sets no new time for trading and mentions neither deposits nor withdrawals. The contract Binance gives on BNB Smart Chain is 0x8888cef3923385c7f90ade66d09f41fb16668888.

A seed tag is Binance’s marker for newer projects that may be more volatile and riskier than other listed tokens. To trade one, users must pass a quiz every 90 days and accept terms of use, and a warning banner appears with the token.

If spot trading starts on the same terms, holders paid in Binance Alpha will feel it: under the notice PREDICT leaves Alpha when spot trading opens, and Binance then moves Alpha balances to Spot accounts within 24 hours.

Who can take part: country rules not confirmed

We could not confirm whether residents of the EU, France, Italy or the United States are excluded. Predict.fun has a page that tells visitors from some places “This country is not authorized to access Predict”, but its terms of service could not be opened when we checked, and Binance only warns that products may not be available in every region. No MiCA white paper for PREDICT was found. Readers in Europe should read Predict.fun’s terms and the eligibility text of the Binance form before submitting anything.

Binance spot is a separate matter, with its own list. The listing notice of 29 October bars residents of Canada, Cuba, the Crimea region, Iran, the Netherlands, North Korea, Syria, the United States and its territories, and non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine from these pairs, and the TRY pair needs a verified Binance TR account. France and Italy are not on the list, but Binance says availability depends on the region and that the list can change. None of this settles who can receive the airdrop.

Risk score: 4 out of 5, raised after the delay

We rate this airdrop 4 on a scale where 1 is the lowest risk and 5 the highest, up from 3 before the delay. The token launch and the claim have no date, so nobody can say when a holder gets anything or what it would be worth. Option A destroys 65% of the allocation on purpose, Option B ties tokens up for a year under staking terms that have not been detailed, and the two official wordings differ. It is not a 5: the terms come straight from the project and Binance Wallet, the form is free, no deposit is asked and neither company has cancelled the airdrop.

Security also weighs on the score. On 27 October Predict.fun pledged full refunds after about 400,000 USDT left user wallets, a case we covered in our report on the Predict.fun theft. These tokens are also due to be paid inside Binance accounts. In a post at 08:47 UTC on 30 October, Binance said user funds are safe and that it will cover all losses. By its own account at that hour, deposits were unaffected, withdrawals remained paused and it expected to resume them in about 45 hours. That is Binance’s estimate; we have not seen withdrawals reopen.

Fake claim pages to expect

Deadlines attract fake claim pages. Predict.fun wrote that “All official announcements will come exclusively from our verified social media accounts and Discord.” Neither Binance nor Predict.fun will ask for a seed phrase or a private key. With the claim delayed, treat any page offering PREDICT before Predict.fun posts a new date as fake. Our guide to fake airdrop claim sites lists the usual tricks.

What is still unknown, and the next dates

As of 09:40 UTC on 30 October we found no revised claim date, no TGE date, no new Binance trading time and no points-to-token rate. Also unknown: whether allocations have been published, any launch price, other spot venues and how Option B staking works.

As published, the next Binance form cutoff is 5 November at 09:00 UTC, with a batch announced for 6 November, and the final cutoff is 26 November at 09:00 UTC. Binance has not said whether a delayed launch changes those dates. Predict.fun’s own one-month window, counted from the opening of claims, has no start date yet.

2018. Bitcoin was sliding from its record high, and that is when I started trading crypto. A trader by trade, I have lived through two full cycles since: the euphoria, the crashes, the long directionless months in between. Markets are my beat: price moves, ETF flows, altcoins, coin profiles, token launches, airdrops. Volumes and liquidity first, opinions later. And when I spot an opportunity, you read the risk in the same paragraph.
