Privacy policy
Read the Coindaro privacy policy: what data the site processes, which cookies it uses, the services involved and how to exercise your rights under GDPR.
This privacy policy explains what personal data coindaro.com processes when you read, comment on or contact the site, why we process it, who receives it and what rights you have. It is written for readers in the European Union, where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, and in the United States. Last updated: October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is UniTeug OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17153433), Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, write to [email protected].
What we do not do
Coindaro has no user accounts and no newsletter at this stage. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising and we do not build advertising profiles.
Data processed when you visit the site
Hosting and server logs
Our hosting provider’s servers record technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type (user agent) and referring page. This data is needed to deliver pages and to protect the site against abuse. It is kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
Cloudflare (content delivery and security)
Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery network that also filters attacks and abusive bots. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request data for this purpose and may set a security cookie (see the table below). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details: Cloudflare privacy policy. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security and performance).
Coin logos and market data
Coin logos are loaded by your browser directly from CoinGecko’s image servers. As with any image on the web, this request sends your IP address and browser information to CoinGecko. Market data itself (prices, Fear & Greed index, exchange rates) is fetched by our server, so no information about you is sent to those data providers.
YouTube videos
Videos are shown as a preview. The preview image comes from YouTube’s image server, which receives your IP address. The video player itself loads only after you click, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); from that moment Google processes data under its privacy policy.
Google Site Kit
We use the Google Site Kit plugin to connect the site to Google services. Google Search Console gives us aggregated statistics on how our pages appear in Google Search (queries, impressions, clicks); it places no cookie on the site and does not identify visitors. Google Analytics measures audience (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it runs in Google Consent Mode: until you accept statistics in the consent banner, it sets no cookie and only sends Google cookieless signals that do not identify you. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the panel below (on a computer, also with the “Manage consent” tab at the bottom of the screen). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Comments
When you post a comment, we collect the name, e-mail address and optional website you enter, your comment, your IP address and your browser’s user agent, to publish the comment and fight spam. Your e-mail address is never published. Comments and their data are kept as long as the comment is online; you can ask us to delete them at any time. If avatars are enabled, a hashed string created from your e-mail address may be sent to the Gravatar service (Automattic) to check whether you use it (Automattic privacy policy). Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in moderating the site.
Messages you send us
If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to reply and, where relevant, to correct a page. We keep the exchange no longer than needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses only cookies and browser storage that remember your choices or protect the site, plus Google Analytics cookies once you accept them.

Who receives the data
Data is accessible only to the publisher and to the service providers listed above (hosting provider, Cloudflare, Google, CoinGecko for logo requests, Gravatar if avatars are enabled), each for its own purpose. Some of them are based in the United States or other countries outside the EU. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), the authority of the country where we are established, the CNIL in France, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or the data protection authority of your country.
Readers in the United States
Residents of several US states, such as California, have rights to know what personal information is collected, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Requests can be sent to [email protected], and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Children
Coindaro is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Security and changes
The site is served over HTTPS and access to its administration is restricted. We may update this policy when our services change; the date at the top shows the latest version. Use of the site is also governed by our terms of use, and you can reach us through the contact page.
