Our analysis

Update, 20 October 2026, 07:10 UTC: The countdown on the AlloX sale page ran to 19 October at 12:00 UTC, but AlloX has not said the sale is over. When we read the sale data from AlloX’s own server at 07:08 UTC on 20 October, it still described the commitment window as active, with an end on 26 October at 00:00 UTC. The same data showed $1,428,689 committed by 101 contributors, or 1.43 times the $1,000,000 target. These figures are AlloX’s own and unaudited. AlloX has published no final result, no allocation or refund date, no TGE date, no claim page, no token contract and no exchange listing. We will update this page when AlloX or Sonar announces the results.

The AlloX token sale on Sonar was scheduled to close on 19 October 2026 at 12:00 UTC, according to its official sale page. AlloX, an AI portfolio app launched in February 2026, offered ALLOX for USDC or USDT on Ethereum through Sonar, the public sale product of Echo, which Coinbase bought in October 2025. The round targeted $1,000,000. As of 16 October at 08:45 UTC, 76 contributors had committed $1,121,059, or 1.12 times the target; by 20 October at 07:08 UTC, AlloX’s data showed $1,428,689 from 101 contributors.

There are three prices, from $0.039 to $0.065 per token, and the cheapest comes with the longest lock. Almost all the money went to that cheapest plan: $1,090,178 from 17 contributors on 16 October, $1,374,065 from 23 on 20 October. The page also showed a “MiCA Regulated” badge, although the only MiCA document AlloX has published concerns a planned Kraken listing in the EU, not this sale. Excluded countries have not been published.

What AlloX does

AlloX calls itself a non-custodial, AI-driven capital allocation app. A user picks a market theme (AI, gaming, real-world assets, DeFi, layer 1 and layer 2 networks, DeSci) and a risk level based on market cap; the app builds a basket of tokens, routes swaps through its DEX aggregator and rebalances over time. It runs on BNB Chain, Base and Ethereum. In April 2026 it added bStocks, tokenised US shares accessed through the Binance Web3 API.

AlloX says it went live on 23 February 2026 and booked its first revenue on 15 April. The sale page claims $171 million in cumulative aggregator volume (citing DefiLlama), more than 2.6 million wallets and over $0.7 million in revenue. These are the project’s own figures and we have not checked them.

The start date and the per-plan totals come from the data the sale page loads from AlloX’s own server, api.allox.ai. That same data gave 26 October, 00:00 UTC, as the end of the commitment window, a week later than the countdown on the page. AlloX has not explained the difference. The date shown to buyers was 19 October, 12:00 UTC.

Three plans: $0.039, $0.052 and $0.065

Each plan is defined by a discount and a fully diluted valuation (FDV), the value of all 1 billion ALLOX at the plan price.

PlanDiscountFDVPriceUnlockCommitted (16 Oct, 08:45 UTC)
Platinum40%$39M$0.0390% at TGE, 3-month lock, then 12 months linear$1,090,178 (17 contributors)

SilverNone$65M$0.065100% at TGE$29,535 (56)

By 20 October at 07:08 UTC, AlloX’s data put Platinum at $1,374,065 from 23 contributors, Gold unchanged at $1,346 from 3 and Silver at $53,278 from 75. Platinum held about 96% of the money.

A Platinum buyer pays 40% less than a Silver buyer but receives nothing until three months after the TGE and holds the full amount only 15 months after it. A Silver buyer gets everything at the TGE.

The tokenomics table on the same page listed the public round as “100% at TGE”. That does not match the plan terms. With about 96% of commitments in Platinum on 20 October, most tokens sold would be locked at the TGE, not liquid. AlloX has not reconciled the two; the per-plan terms are the ones a buyer signed up to on the page.

The “MiCA Regulated” label and what it covers

The badge links to AlloX’s MiCA white paper. AlloX Ltd notified it on 3 September 2026, with Ireland as home member state, to seek admission to trading on Payward Global Solutions, Kraken’s EU platform. Its offer section is marked not applicable, and the document says the admission “is not accompanied by a public offer”. It also states, in section G.4, that no future public offers were planned by the issuer. The Sonar sale opened five weeks later.

So no MiCA white paper covers this sale, and no EU authority approved the one that exists, which the paper says itself. On 16 October, ESMA’s interim register of white papers, updated to 6 October, had no AlloX entry under its name, its LEI or its token identifier. Our guide to the MiCA regulation explains why a notification is not an authorisation.

Who can buy: excluded countries are not published

The sale page says it is “Open to KYC’d users from eligible jurisdictions” and stops there. AlloX does not publish its list of excluded countries; Sonar checks eligibility during KYC (KYB for companies, according to HackerNoon, which adds that geographic restrictions and wallet screening apply). Sonar’s general terms, last updated June 2025, have no country list either: the service runs from the British Virgin Islands and is closed where FATF measures or sanctions apply.

For EU, French and Italian residents, the answer is therefore unknown until onboarding. France and Italy appear in the white paper as host states, but only for the Kraken admission, not for this sale.

How to take part on Sonar

These are the steps as the sale page described them while its countdown ran. Check sale.allox.ai yourself to see whether commitments are still accepted, and do not rely on this guide to commit.

  1. Type sale.allox.ai yourself rather than following links from messages or ads.
  2. Create a Sonar account from the page and connect an Ethereum wallet; it is also the wallet that receives ALLOX.
  3. Complete KYC. Sonar decides at this step whether your country is eligible.
  4. Choose Platinum, Gold or Silver and an amount between $100 and $200,000.
  5. Commit USDC or USDT on Ethereum, keeping some ETH for fees. The page counted down to 19 October, 12:00 UTC.
  6. Wait for allocation and for delivery at the TGE.

The round went above target before the countdown ended, so a full allocation was never guaranteed. HackerNoon reported on 9 October that oversubscribed commitments are allocated pro rata and unallocated funds refunded at settlement; neither the sale page nor any AlloX statement we found describes this.

ALLOX tokenomics and team vesting

Team12%0%12 months36 months linear
Liquidity5%100%NoneNone
Private round3%100%NoneNone
Public round3%100%NoneNone

The schedule comes from the sale page; the white paper gives no vesting dates. Team tokens stay locked for a year after the TGE and then vest over three years. The white paper says the issuer keeps 42% of supply (team 12%, ecosystem 30%). Each unlock adds to circulating supply.

ALLOX is meant for staking, governance votes, fee discounts and premium AI features. Per the white paper it will be issued on Ethereum, Base and BNB Smart Chain; the sale itself takes payment only on Ethereum. No ALLOX contract address has been published.

Company, funding and audit

The issuer is AlloX Ltd, registered in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, on 20 August 2026, with Mihai Nicusor Busica as sole director. The white paper names Razvan Ion Tomulescu as CTO, Teki Kolaneci as COO and Gazmend Mici as project manager, and says the company has no financial history. Zerra Ventures invested $2.5 million in May 2026. A CertiK assessment of the app, published 11 April 2026, found 13 issues, none critical; both high and all three medium findings were reported resolved.

Risk score: 4 out of 5

We rate this sale 4 on our 1 to 5 scale, where 5 is the highest risk. The issuer is a months-old BVI company with one director. Traction figures are self-reported. The white paper targeted a TGE in the third quarter of 2026; the quarter ended with no TGE and no new date. No listing is confirmed. The “MiCA Regulated” badge implies oversight the white paper does not give this sale, and that paper said no public offer was planned. EU eligibility is unclear, the sale page showed one end date while its own data gave another, and the cheapest plan is locked for 15 months from an undated TGE.

On the other side: the sale uses Coinbase-owned Sonar with mandatory KYC and capped tickets, the app has a CertiK assessment, and team and investor tokens sit behind 12-month cliffs. That keeps it below 5. This is a description of risk, not a recommendation.

Scams to avoid

An oversubscribed sale without a TGE date draws fake “claim” and “extra allocation” pages. The only sale address is sale.allox.ai. With no ALLOX contract published, any token or claim link before a TGE announcement is suspect. Never share a seed phrase or sign an approval you cannot read; our guide to avoiding crypto scams lists the usual patterns.

Still unknown, and the next dates

  • The excluded countries, including for EU, French and Italian residents.
  • Whether the sale has closed: the page counted down to 19 October, but on 20 October AlloX’s data still showed the window open until 26 October.
  • The final amount raised and the date of allocations.
  • The TGE date, now that the third-quarter target has passed.
  • Whether Kraken will list ALLOX in the EU and when the white paper reaches ESMA’s register.
  • Contract addresses, the claim process and the official refund rules.

The page’s countdown ended on 19 October 2026 at 12:00 UTC; AlloX has published no allocation, settlement or TGE date. Platinum tokens start vesting three months after the TGE; team, investor and ecosystem cliffs end 12 months after it. If Kraken admits ALLOX, our Kraken review covers the venue.
