1win token sale ($1WIN): France excluded, issuer unnamed

Live Risk 5/5

How to take part

  1. Read clause 1.8 of the terms: France and 11 other EU countries are excluded, and the list is not exhaustive.
  2. Open https://1wtoken.com/ by typing the address; no token mint address has been published yet.
  3. The page asks for a non-custodial Solana wallet; no account or KYC.
  4. Deposits are in USDC on Solana (minimum 10 USDC) and cannot be cancelled.
  5. The countdown ends on 30 October 2026 at 16:00 UTC; allocation is pro-rata after the close.
  6. Tokens and unused USDC go back to the wallet; the company has given no date for either.

Our analysis

The 1win token sale is open on Solana. 1win, an online casino and sports betting brand, is selling 130 million tokens to the public from its own sale page at a fixed 0.03 USDC each. When we read that page at 07:20 UTC on 17 October 2026, 1,885 wallets had committed US$5,660,925 against a US$3.9 million target, 1.45 times what the sale needs. Every token bought in the sale unlocks at the token generation event (TGE).

Residents of France cannot take part: the terms exclude France and its territories by name, with eleven other EU countries. Italy is not named. There is no KYC check, we found no MiCA white paper, and the terms never name the company that issues the token.

The token also goes by two names. The LitePaper, the project’s X account and the press releases call it 1win Token ($1WIN). The sale page and its terms call it 1w Token (1W).

Who is excluded from the 1win token sale

Clause 1.8 of the terms and conditions (last updated 5 October 2026) bars residents and citizens of 31 named countries, and entities registered there. Twelve are EU members: France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Cyprus, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden. Outside the EU the list covers the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Australia, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Saudi Arabia, China and Curaçao, plus Iran, North Korea, Syria and other sanctioned states.

Those 31 names are given as examples, “including but not limited to”, of places where the 1w platform is “fully or partially restricted, blocked or unavailable”. A second clause excludes anyone in a jurisdiction where holding the token is prohibited by law. The company may change the list without notice, and clause 1.9 leaves it to the buyer to make sure taking part is legal.

Italy, Ireland, Poland, Greece and Czechia are absent from the list. That settles little. In Italy only operators licensed by the customs and monopolies agency (ADM) may offer online gambling; we found no ADM licence held by 1win, and no ADM blocking order naming it either. Whether the platform counts as “restricted” in Italy is a reading the company has not confirmed.

The contract itself carries more risk than the country list. Deposits cannot be withdrawn or cancelled at the buyer’s request (clause 3.6.1). Buyers give up class actions and arbitration (7.4), and the company’s liability stops at the amount contributed (7.3). Governing law and courts are those “determined by the Company” (12.1). Clause 1.1 defines that Company with the words “1w Token” and nothing else: no legal name, no address, no registration number. Nothing on the site, in the LitePaper or in the terms mentions MiCA, AML or KYC. The LitePaper is a marketing document, not a MiCA white paper; our guide to MiCA explains what an EU-compliant token offer has to publish.

How the pool and refunds work

Allocation works as an oversubscription pool, not first come, first served. Buyers connect a non-custodial Solana wallet (no account is created) and deposit USDC on Solana, from 10 USDC with no maximum. After the close, each wallet receives a share of the 130 million tokens equal to its share of the whole pool. Only the USDC needed to pay for that share is kept, and the rest is due back to the wallet (clause 3.3.5). Had the sale fallen short, the unsold tokens would have been burned.

At the pool size we read, a buyer would get back about 31% of a deposit, by our own arithmetic (1 minus 3.9 divided by 5.66), before network fees and rounding. That figure is a snapshot. It moves with every new deposit, the terms warn that any indicative allocation can shrink before the close (4.3.2), and the real split exists only after settlement.

The terms promise that the return process and its timing “will be specified on the Website before you contribute” (3.6.2). The page we read gave no date. Until settlement the unused USDC is locked, which the terms acknowledge. Network fees are paid by the buyer, and the page lists no other fee.

There is no closing date on the page either, only a countdown. Read at 07:20 UTC on 17 October, it reached zero at 16:00 UTC on 30 October 2026. A paid press release on CryptoSlate (13 October) put the opening at 16:00 BST on 15 October, which is 15:00 UTC. The terms and the LitePaper say the sale runs for two weeks, which would end it at 15:00 UTC on 29 October, 25 hours before the countdown does. The company has not explained the gap, although clause 3.1.2 said the opening and closing times would appear on the website.

1win, a casino brand behind the token

1win runs online casino and sportsbook sites. Its LitePaper says the platform has operated since 2016, and its press releases carry a Willemstad, Curaçao dateline. The sale page claims more than 100 million players, 96 countries and over 8,000 employees. Those are the company’s own figures; we could not check them.

In Kazakhstan, which is on the excluded list, the Agency for Financial Monitoring (AFM) said on 11 February 2026 that it was investigating a group that ran the 1Win online casino illegally through companies held by nominees, Zakon.kz reported. The suspects are on an international wanted list, and a court ordered more than 420 million tenge of assets, cars included, confiscated.

The brand also has a security record. Attackers copied data on about 96 million 1win users in November 2024, including email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth and SHA-256-hashed passwords, according to heise online; the set was later added to Have I Been Pwned. In France and Italy we found no blocking order naming 1win from the ANJ or the ADM, and no gambling licence held by 1win in either country.

The token is presented as a gaming currency for 1win: bets, wager rewards, a daily lottery, buybacks funded by platform revenue and a burn of 10% of the tokens spent, the first one 30 days after TGE according to the LitePaper. Its roadmap still lists games using $1WIN, the buyback, the burn and the lottery as upcoming. None of it can be checked on-chain yet.

Clause 2.2.5 of the terms reads: “1w Token is not an investment.” The LitePaper, though, describes a value cycle that ends in “Price Appreciation” and opens its risk section with a note to “Investors”. The token gives no equity, dividend or voting rights.

$1WIN tokenomics and unlocks

Total supply is fixed at 1 billion tokens, with no minting after TGE according to the LitePaper. It gives this split and unlock schedule:

BucketShareUnlock
Games25%10% at TGE, then 5% a month
Liquidity20%10% at TGE, then 7.5% a month
Wager rewards18%none at TGE, then 8.33% a month
Token sale13%100% at TGE
Treasury10%9-month cliff, then 4% a month
Telegram Mini App airdrop8%100% at TGE
Marketing6%20% at TGE, then 8% a month

No team or investor allocation appears. The LitePaper does not say who holds the games, liquidity, wager-rewards, treasury and marketing tokens, which wallets they sit in, or how they will be spent. The treasury is mentioned once more, as the destination of 20% of each daily lottery pool.

If the TGE percentages apply to each bucket, which the LitePaper implies but does not spell out, about 267 million tokens (26.7% of supply) would be unlocked at TGE by our estimate. At the sale price that is roughly US$8 million, against a US$30 million fully diluted valuation. The 80 million airdrop tokens go to Telegram Mini App users by points, and deposits on the gambling platform are one way to earn points.

The plan has changed since the first announcement. In February 2026, B2B outlet NEXT.io reported a supply of 10 billion tokens split between Solana and BNB Chain. The current documents say 1 billion, on Solana only.

TGE date and listings: what is confirmed

Only a press release distributed through Chainwire on 15 October, a paid newswire, gives a TGE date: 30 October 2026. The LitePaper says only “Q4 2026”, and its roadmap still shows “TGE & Exchange Listing” as not done. The same roadmap marks “Exchange & partners agreements” as completed in late 2025 without naming any exchange. The release says the token works with decentralized exchanges; no exchange has announced a listing. The claim step on the sale page has no date.

What the CertiK and Halborn audits found

Halborn reviewed the sale, burn and vesting programs between 20 and 31 August 2026. Its report lists no critical or high findings, one medium issue (a direct token authority could bypass the burn controls), marked solved, two low issues, one of them only partly solved, and one informational note. Economic attacks were outside its scope.

CertiK’s page shows an audit delivered on 18 September 2026 with no critical or major findings and two medium ones, both resolved. One centralization finding about privileges is acknowledged but not resolved. The same page says the team has not been KYC-verified by CertiK.

The rest of the coverage we found was paid for or supplied by the company: Chainwire releases relayed by CryptoSlate, The Defiant and Finbold, an AMBCrypto paid post and audit press releases. No independent investigation, regulator statement or exchange notice turned up.

Risk score: 5 out of 5

We rate this sale at the top of our scale, for five reasons. The issuer has no legal name in its own terms and picks its own law and courts. The offer has no KYC and no MiCA white paper, and it comes from a gambling brand under investigation in Kazakhstan and hit by a large data breach. The whole sale allocation and the whole airdrop unlock at TGE, on a float the company sizes itself, with no listing named. The buyback, burn and lottery meant to support the token are still on the roadmap. And every article about the sale was paid for or fed by the company.

Abstract balance scales on a dark background with soft geometric light shapes
An unnamed issuer, no MiCA white paper and full unlocks at TGE are behind our 5 out of 5 risk score.

Only one address hosts the sale: 1wtoken.com. The older address 1wintoken.com, still used in the 15 October release with ad-tracking tags, forwards there. The page links to the X account @1winToken, the LitePaper, the two audit pages and a Solscan address labelled “Smart contract SOL” (GWvQinGBRa7ZUzhXY23MrLjdsx3KfRGxH8yXURBwrz1R).

That address is not a token. Queried on 17 October, the Solana network returned it as an upgradeable program with an upgrade authority set, so the holder of that key can still change its code. No token mint address has been published, and the LitePaper lists the contract as “[TBA]”. Until a mint appears on the official page, a token called 1WIN or 1W in a wallet or on a DEX cannot be tied to this sale.

Fake “claim” bots around the Telegram Mini App airdrop and copycat domains are the obvious traps. Type the address yourself, never pay a “claim fee” and never share a seed phrase. Our guide on how to avoid crypto scams covers the common tricks.

What we do not know

The legal entity behind the token, its governing law, the refund and claim dates, the token mint address, who holds the program upgrade key and whether 1win.com links to the sale are all still open. So is the 25-hour gap between the countdown and the two-week duration. The next date is 30 October: the countdown ends at 16:00 UTC, and the company’s release puts the TGE on the same day.
