About the event

Money20/20 Europe 2027 takes place from 8 to 10 June 2027 at RAI Amsterdam. It is not a crypto-only event but a fintech show billed as Europe’s largest, where banks, payment networks, fintechs, regulators and, increasingly, stablecoin and digital asset companies meet.

What is Money20/20 Europe?

Money20/20 runs a series of payments and fintech shows, with editions in Las Vegas, Amsterdam and the Middle East. The Amsterdam event, held every June at the RAI convention centre, mixes conference stages, an exhibition floor and a large programme of pre-booked meetings. The 2026 edition, held on 2-4 June, announced more than 450 speakers across six stages.

Why crypto professionals go

In 2026 one of the four official themes was dedicated to stablecoin-driven payment infrastructure, and digital assets and regulation sat at the heart of the agenda alongside artificial intelligence. With MiCA now fully applicable, European banks and payment firms are deciding whether to issue, hold or accept stablecoins, and Money20/20 is where many of those conversations take place.

Practical information

  • Dates: Tuesday 8 to Thursday 10 June 2027.
  • Venue: RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, next to Amsterdam RAI station.
  • Passes: the official site offers a launch rate saving €1,200 on the regular price; prices depend on your profile (banks, start-ups, retailers) and are shown in the pass picker, with VAT added.
  • The audience is professional: expect business attire and a meeting-driven format.

Why it matters

Money20/20 Europe shows how mainstream finance is adopting crypto rails rather than how crypto natives see themselves. For readers following payments, tokenised deposits or euro stablecoins, the June 2027 agenda will be a good indicator of what European banks plan to launch next.
